Experimenting with my thoughts attraction power.

Abraham Hicks talking about attracting a feather in your life to prove to you that you can attract anything.

Have you had times when you find yourself awake between 2am and 5am, you’re really tired but if you were to check your alarm clock and it said 6:30am and you have to wake up at 7:00am, it would make you really angry. Thoughts like I am so tired I wish I could sleep longer, oh it’s going to be a tiring day….etc.

There are days when I am ready to wake up but it’s still middle of the night. Sometimes I am awake due all sorts of thoughts running around in my head.

Here’s what I do now, I keep my eyes closed, I check in with myself.  I ask myself. How do I feel? Am I still tired? Am I still sleepy?  If I am still tired and want to go back to sleep I imagine a time I would like it to be. Once I know for sure what time I would like it to be I open my eyes and look at the alarm clock….guess what that is the time.

If I am awake due to thoughts running around in my head, I check in with myself. I ask what is it that I would like to do? If I want to go back to sleep but can’t due to the thoughts. I close my eyes imagine an early time which will give me plenty of time to go and write my thoughts in a journal and come back and go to sleep peacefully. Usually after I write my thoughts in my journal I meditate in the peace and quiet. It’s heavenly to meditate in that time when it’s so peaceful and quiet.

I got this idea of imagining the time I would like it to be from Abraham Hicks talking about attracting a feather in your life to prove to you that you can attract anything.

Try it and let me know your experience. Or if you have a similar experience please share.

Can't sleep at nights .... tip for a peaceful nights sleep.

by ReDiscover 23. January 2012 12:44

Are there nights that you find yourself lying in bed with lots of thoughts buzzing around in your head?

I write it out in my journal....title it DUMP....just write each thought as its coming....once I have "DUMPED my thoughts out"....I feel so calm. I sit there for a little while...some clear thoughts come which I write down too. Then off to bed I go. I fall asleep so quickly and my sleep is really peaceful.

More on journaling...

by ReDiscover 11. January 2012 03:48
This is always true: What I think and how I feel, and what manifests, is always a vibrational match.

Journaling has helped me realize that I am the creator of my own reality. I had been following this process, of making list of things I would like in my life, it’s an Abraham Hicks process. On top of your page you write “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” then you make your list of what you would like. Without judgment, Dreaming, & Make believing.

As I was reading my lists that I made several months ago…I realized my life is what I had written down. This was an amazing realization. Needless to say my confidence in this process has grown. I love making such lists now.

In the past when I wasn’t writing things down I would forget what I was thinking about yesterday let alone 1yr ago. Then I used to wonder why my life was the way it was.

Now when there is a situation in my life that is not making me happy I write down all that is bothering me. From that list I make my “wouldn’t it be nice if…” list.

I have made these lists for all sorts of things….like what I would like in my dream home, dream relationship, dream car, dream body, dream finances….. How cool is that?

Abraham Hicks Quote 1/11/2012

This is always true: What I think and how I feel, and what manifests, is always a vibrational match. But here's the big kicker: What manifests isn't manifesting instantaneously. So, you've got all this buffer of time leeway that makes you sloppy... If you thought a negative thought and a brick would instantly fall on your head every time, you'd clean up your thinking. But you're not here to be punished about your thinking. You're here to use your thinking—and your focus—to create.

--- Abraham

This has finally clicked for me. I wanted to share this in the hope that it would help someone see the light.

Journaling

by ReDiscover 3. August 2011 13:24
The results have been amazing. Slowly as if automagically (automatically/magically) I have been able to tick off items on my list.

Journaling

When I used to look back on my busy day I couldn’t exactly remember what I had gotten done. Then I would be exhausted and mad. Mad because I felt like I hadn’t achieved anything. So I started by making a list of things I needed/would like to get done during the day…my “TO DO LIST”. Throughout the day, I would check in with myself and ask, “What do I feel like doing now?” At that point I would look thru my list and pick a task that I felt like doing. Once I completed the task I would tick it and write VICTORY next to it. I know what you are thinking; you would never feel like tackling anything on your “TO DO LIST” if you asked yourself. Trust me there is only so much you can do of what you love to do.

At the end of the day I would review my list. There would items on there I had gotten done but forgotten to tick. This was so satisfying to see all that I had gotten done. If tasks came to my mind I would put them on the list.

Now that I understand how the law of attraction works on our focus. Making a list is a form of focusing on what you would like. It’s a way to clarify what you would like. With clarity the universe can get to work on your behalf.

My journaling as evolved a little more now. I keep lists of ideas for my blog and articles. You could say I love making lists now. In my journal I have a list of things I would like to do, my “bucket” list.

There was a time when every single room in my house was not quite as I would like it to be. On a new page for each room I made a list of all the things I would like. My “wouldn’t it be nice if” list. The results have been amazing. Slowly as if automagically (automatically/magically) I have been able to tick off items on my list.

I journal about issues that are bothering me, on a clean page I like to write the date. Then I write whatever thoughts are coming to me. Once I have written all that’s coming to me. I sit there kind of exhausted from a long run. Sitting in this silence brings me positive thoughts about the issue that I just wrote about.

Try journaling and you too will become a believer too. We can all use all the help we can get with our “TO DO LISTS.” What do you have to lose? Email me (rediscover@highestlevel.net) if you have any questions or would like to share your success story.

How YOU can get more cash in your wallet

by ReDiscover 7. July 2011 09:39
Money, Law of Attraction, Positive Affirmation

How YOU can get more cash in your wallet

There was a time when I used to only use credit cards to pay for anything and everything. I would have very little cash in my wallet. I would say “oh I never have any cash”.

My sister in law introduced me to the concept of Abundant Consciousness. If you believe you are abundant then you will be abundant. It’s the basic Law of Attraction. You get what you focus on.  By my saying “oh I never have any cash” I was focusing on lack of cash.

The way I turned it around was by using positive affirmations. Every time I opened my wallet I would say “thank you, plenty more where that came from”. Initially this felt fake, like I was just saying it for the sake of saying it. Slowly as I got into the habit of saying it every single time, something shifted. I didn’t have to remind myself to say “thank you, plenty more where that came from”. I started believing that there is plenty of money from where ever it comes. Slowly I started seeing money in my wallet. There were various ways I got money. Money stayed in my wallet.

Then one day, several months later when I cleaned up my handbag, I had $250 in cash. All this from a simple affirmation.

I came across this video which back's up what I experienced. Click here to watch.

Feel the fear and do it anyway

by ReDiscover 28. June 2011 12:27

Once again my 10year old son reminded me to feel the fear and do it any way. Today we were at the Stafa Badi....Swim Place by Zurich Lake in Stafa where there was a dive board, 3ft off the ground and straight into the lake.

My son wanted me to dive with me. I made plenty of excuses. I don't like the water going up my nose. I don't want to go into the cold water. Then he said to me "come on mum, feel the fear and do it anyway".

My children have been a great in reminding me. It has been well worth teaching them the principles of law of attraction, as they provide reminders for me just when I need them.

Once I got on the dive board...jumped off without really worrying about it, or thinking too much about it I was fine. I quiet enjoyed the cold, refreshing water. Nothing quiet like jumping into a cool lake on a hot sunny day. Thanks to my son for the reminder.
